Inspired by the Japanese kimono, using knits in bold colours
of red and black, with wide fabric belts pinned in place. Asymmetrical and minimalist,
reinforced by symbols screen-printed in subtle areas. Sexy and challenging these
concepts come from Toni Darling, who is one of four designers in the Dunedin Fashion
Incubator.
